Return Policy

Can I return my Wanderlust Candle Shop purchase?

It is of the utmost importance that our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please feel free to return the item(s) for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of receiving the product. Once the returned product has been received, please allow 10-14 business days to process the transaction. You will not be charged additional shipping fees on exchanged product. For items purchased from a retail store other than wanderlustcandleshop.com, please contact the store-of-purchase for their return policy.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please package the products in original Wanderlust Candle Shop packaging, if possible, along with a copy of the original invoice. Please provide a note whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please ship the package using an insured courier (UPS, FedEx, and USPS Parcel Post) and keep your shipment receipt in case the package is damaged or lost in transit. Wanderlust Candle Shop cannot guarantee credit for your return without confirmation of delivery to us. All returns should be shipped to:

Our policy is effective for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

*Please note, any private labeled products are not eligible for an exchange or refund.

Can I return product that was gifted to me?

Gifted product can be exchanged or refunded if the original order number, purchaser’s email address, and phone number is provided. Refunds will be made to original form of payment only.

What if I have not received my refund?

Once a refund has been submitted, it is not uncommon for it to take 3-5 business days before the funds are officially posted to your bank account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, and there has been the required time given, first check with your bank or credit card company.

What if my item is damaged?

When your order is delivered, please inspect the box for any damages that may have occurred during shipment. If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us. Please provide the order number, your email address, and phone number for fastest service. Please provide a picture of the damages to ensure prompt resolution.

What if my item is Final Sale?

Final Sale items may not be returned for a refund. If the product appears to be damaged, then the item may be exchanged for equal value. Please contact us at customerservice@wanderlustcandleshop.com.

Can Gift Cards Be Returned?

Gift cards are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

What is Wanderlust Candle Shop's shipping policy?

Ground shipping is free on orders $75 or more!

Continental U.S. Only – Additional fees apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

When placing your orders, we know that you are relying on us to get you the products you want, when you want them. For this reason, we have several different shipping options to choose from:

Ground shipping (on orders less than $75) – $4.99
2-3 day delivery – $15.00
2 Day Air – $25
Overnight – $35

Orders made before 2:00PM EST will ship out same day. Any orders placed after 2:00 pm EST will ship out next day. Please keep this in mind when requesting expedited, 2 day air, or overnight shipping.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours of receipt Monday-Friday, with the exception of holidays. During peak holiday periods or in cases where we’ve temporarily run out of products, there may be a slight shipping delay. In the event that this would occur we will let you know.

How long does Ground Shipping take?

Ground shipping typically takes 7-10 business days, depending on where you live.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico?

We are unable to ship to Canada or Mexico at this time. However, we are hoping to be able to serve our neighbors soon!

Regardless of order size, ground shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico cost $20. Three-Day Air costs $40. Two-Day Air and overnight shipping are not optional.

Do you ship to Canada or Mexico?

We are unable to ship to Canada or Mexico at this time. However, we are hoping to be able to serve our neighbors soon!

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box at this time.
